Plastic insulated low-smoke, halogen-free flame-retardant control cable
Suitable for transmission of control, interlock and measuring signals in secondary circuits of power distribution equipment and automatic control systems with rated voltage up to 450/750 V.
The cable integrates low-smoke, halogen-free and flame-retardant properties. It generates little smoke and no halogen toxic and corrosive gas during combustion, and can restrain flame spread. Widely adopted in subways, tunnels, utility tunnels, high-rise public buildings, hospitals, data centres and other enclosed crowded locations with stringent fire safety requirements.
This series of control cables is specially used for control, signal transmission and power connection of electrical equipment in industrial and construction fields, suitable for indoor fixed laying, cable trench and pipeline laying scenarios.
Thanks to low-smoke, halogen-free and flame-retardant advantages, it is widely applied in high-standard fire-protection occasions and densely populated public places, including high-rise buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, subway stations, data centers and industrial workshops. It can effectively reduce toxic gas and dense smoke emission during fire accidents, ensuring personnel evacuation and equipment emergency operation safety.
Low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant control cables adopt high-purity stranded copper conductors to ensure stable signal transmission and excellent flexibility. The core insulation and outer sheath are made of high-performance halogen-free cross-linked polyolefin plastic materials, featuring compact cable structure, neat core arrangement and uniform outer diameter.
Without halogen, lead, cadmium and other harmful substances, the cable achieves eco-friendly performance. The optimized structural design effectively prevents mutual interference between cable cores, and the integrated extrusion process endows the product with outstanding extrusion uniformity, abrasion resistance and structural stability for long-term fixed laying.
The cable features stable low resistance and excellent insulation performance, ensuring precise and reliable control signal and weak current transmission. It maintains stable electrical parameters under long-term continuous operation and frequent switching working conditions.
With strong electrical aging resistance and anti-interference capability, the cable avoids signal distortion and transmission failure. It supports safe and stable operation within the rated voltage range, effectively ensuring the accuracy and continuity of industrial control and building electrical control systems.
Designed, manufactured and tested in strict accordance with GB/T 12706 and GB/T 19666 national standards for flame-retardant and fire-resistant electric wires and cables.
It complies with international standard IEC 60332 flame retardant test specifications, and meets RoHS environmental protection requirements, fully conforming to domestic construction and industrial electrical engineering acceptance standards.
