The features improve visibility for evacuation and reduce hazards of gas poisoning as well as corrosion damage to precision equipment. Widely used in subways, tunnels, airports, hospitals, high-rise public buildings, underground facilities and data centres.
Low smoke halogen-free plastic-insulated wires are widely used for internal wiring, power connection and signal transmission in fire-safety-focused and environmentally demanding electrical engineering projects, suitable for indoor fixed laying and equipment internal wiring.
Typical application scenarios include high-rise buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, subway systems, data centers and public transportation facilities. With low smoke, halogen-free, non-toxic and flame-retardant auxiliary performance, the wires minimize smoke density and toxic gas release in case of fire, protecting personnel safety and reducing equipment corrosion damage.
Low smoke halogen-free plastic-insulated wires adopt high-purity solid or stranded copper conductors with stable conductivity and excellent bending performance. The insulation layer is extruded with premium halogen-free low-smoke polyolefin materials, featuring uniform thickness, tight fitting and smooth surface without harmful halogen components.
The wire features a lightweight and compact integral structure with reliable structural stability. Adopting environmentally friendly extrusion technology, the product delivers outstanding abrasion resistance, aging resistance and mechanical toughness. It produces zero toxic and corrosive gas when exposed to high temperature or combustion, realizing eco-friendly and safe structural performance.
