Variable frequency cables adopt high-purity stranded copper conductors with excellent conductivity and flexibility, specially optimized for variable frequency motor power supply. The insulation layer is made of high-quality cross-linked polymer material with high dielectric strength and voltage resistance, which resists partial discharge caused by high-frequency pulse voltage.
The cable is equipped with professional multi-layer shielding structure, including copper tape shielding or copper wire braided shielding, which effectively isolates internal high-frequency interference and external electromagnetic signal crosstalk. The integrated extrusion molding ensures compact structure, stable overall dimension, outstanding mechanical toughness and long-term laying durability.
These cables feature low and stable conductor resistance, excellent insulation performance and low dielectric loss, adapting to high-frequency, high-speed and variable-load operating conditions of frequency conversion systems. They effectively suppress surge voltage and harmonic interference generated during frequency conversion operation to reduce transmission loss.
