With excellent UV resistance, weather resistance, low and high temperature resistance (-40℃ to 90℃), they adapt to harsh outdoor working environments all year round.
PV cables (Photovoltaic cables) are single-core flexible cables specially designed for solar power systems. They adopt finely stranded tinned copper conductors, featuring excellent flexibility, oxidation resistance and stable electrical connection. The cable is equipped with double-layer protection of cross-linked polyolefin (XLPO) insulation and outer sheath, with compact structure, uniform outer diameter and strong structural stability.
The whole cable structure is halogen-free, low-smoke and flame-retardant. Special cross-linking treatment endows the cable with outstanding structural durability, avoiding cracking, deformation and aging under long-term outdoor exposure, bending and laying conditions.
PV cables are rated for 1500V DC high voltage, with low conductor resistance and stable conductive performance, effectively reducing DC power transmission loss. They maintain excellent electrical stability under long-term continuous DC power supply and frequent power fluctuation of solar systems.
The cables feature strong insulation performance, outstanding anti-breakdown capability and good electrical aging resistance. They can adapt to voltage surge and unstable power output of photovoltaic modules, ensuring safe and efficient power transmission of solar systems throughout the service life.
Manufactured and tested in accordance with mainstream international photovoltaic cable standards: EN 50618 Electric cables for photovoltaic systems and IEC 62930 Single-core cables for photovoltaic DC applications.
Compliant with North American standard UL 4703 and meets TUV, VDE certification requirements. Mainstream models include PV1-F and H1Z2Z2-K, fully satisfying global solar project procurement and installation specifications.
