In August 2024, State Power Investment Corporation Limited (SPIC) published the results of its qualified cable supplier evaluation. Wuxi Xinyu Cable Co., Ltd. was included in the qualified supplier list across multiple cable categories, reflecting the company’s reliable product quality, professional manufacturing capabilities, and comprehensive service system.

According to the announcement, Xinyu Cable qualified in five product categories:

Photovoltaic cables

6–35 kV copper- and aluminum-conductor power cables

1–3 kV copper- and aluminum-conductor power cables

6–35 kV aluminum alloy conductor power cables

1–3 kV aluminum alloy conductor power cables

Qualification in the photovoltaic cable category represented an important achievement in Xinyu Cable’s continued expansion into the renewable energy market. It also demonstrated the company’s capabilities in renewable energy cable manufacturing, quality management, and project support.
