This series of overhead conductors is widely applicable for overhead power transmission lines and overhead distribution lines in power grid systems.
Pure aluminium stranded conductors are mainly used for low-load, short-span overhead distribution lines. ACSR steel-cored aluminium conductors integrate excellent electrical conductivity and high tensile strength, which are suitable for long-span, high-voltage overhead main transmission lines, urban power distribution networks and general overhead power engineering projects.
Aluminium Stranded Conductors (JL) are manufactured with high-quality hard-drawn aluminium wires, concentrically stranded in layers. Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR / JL/G1A series) consists of a central galvanized steel core and outer stranded hard aluminium wire layers.
All conductors adopt standard concentric lay structure. Adjacent stranded layers are twisted in opposite directions, and the outermost layer adopts right-hand lay. The whole structure features compact arrangement, uniform outer diameter and stable mechanical performance. All wire diameter, lay ratio and dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled in accordance with national and international standard specifications.
The conductors feature low DC resistance at 20℃, fully complying with standard maximum resistance requirements, ensuring excellent and stable electrical conductivity. They maintain stable electrical performance under long-term continuous operation and normal ambient temperature changes.
With low power loss and high transmission efficiency, the conductors can meet the long-distance and large-capacity power transmission demands of overhead power systems. The standardized conductor structure ensures consistent electrical parameters of each batch of products.
Manufactured and tested in accordance with GB/T 1179-2017 Round wire concentric lay overhead electrical stranded conductors (latest national standard).
