Xinyu Cable Secures 140.45 km Low-Voltage Power Cable Project in Zhejiang

Wuxi Xinyu Cable Co., Ltd. has successfully secured Low-Voltage Power Cable - Zhejiang Lot 5 under State Grid Corporation of China’s 2026 joint procurement programme for the East China region.

The project owner is State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. The awarded package covers 33 procurement items with a combined cable length of approximately 140.453 kilometres. The notification of award was officially issued on June 2, 2026.

Connecting the Power Grid with End Users

Low-voltage power cables are an essential part of electricity distribution systems. They transmit electricity from distribution facilities to industrial equipment, commercial buildings, public infrastructure and residential users.

In applications such as urban distribution networks, industrial parks, smart factories, commercial complexes and residential communities, low-voltage power cables directly contribute to the safety, stability and continuity of the electricity supply.
