CU/XLPE/CTS/PVC/SWA/PVC
This multi-core medium-voltage power cable features XLPE insulation with a copper tape screen and steel wire armor. The SWA structure provides strong tensile strength, making the cable suitable for installations requiring improved mechanical protection during laying and operation.
Conductor
Plain annealed, class 2 compacted copper conductor, manufactured in accordance with IEC 60228 to achieve stable electrical performance.
Conductor Screen
Extruded semi-conductive layer applied uniformly over the conductor to control electrical stress distribution.
Insulation
Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, offering reliable dielectric strength and thermal stability under medium-voltage conditions.
Insulation Screen
Semi-conductive compound extruded over the insulation surface to ensure smooth electrical field transition.
Metallic Screen
Copper tape screen applied around each insulated core, allowing effective earthing and fault current conduction.
Core Assembly
Multi-core configuration with PP yarn fillers and binder tape, maintaining roundness and internal stability.
Inner Sheath
PVC compound layer providing bedding for the armored construction and separation from the screened cores.
