Cable Construction
·Conductor
Plain annealed, class 2 compacted copper conductor in accordance with IEC standards, providing stable current-carrying capability.
·Conductor Screen
Extruded semi-conductive compound applied uniformly over the conductor to control electric stress.
·Insulation
Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) compound, offering strong dielectric properties and thermal stability under continuous operation.
·Insulation Screen
Extruded semi-conductive layer bonded to the insulation to maintain a smooth electrical field.
·Metallic Screen
Copper tape screen applied helically around the insulated core for effective grounding and fault current conduction.
·Inner Sheath
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compound forming a protective bedding layer beneath the armor.
·Armour
Single core: Aluminium Wire Armour (AWA)
Multi core: Steel Wire Armour (SWA)

·Outer Sheath
PVC outer sheath, Type ST2, providing resistance to moisture, mechanical impact, and environmental influences.
